Amber Alert Canceled for 10 Year Old British Columbia Girl

The British Columbia RCMP canceled the Amber Alert on Tuesday evening after the child was found safe in Victoria. There is no information on the suspect at this time.

Shyanne Dawn Carto 10 yrs., white female. 4' 10", 75 pounds, with a darker complexion, brown hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing jeans and a bright pink shirt.

The suspect is Jason Anthony Yank, a white male, 32 years old, five-foot-nine, 200 pounds, with a pale complexion, short dark brown hair with lots of streaks in the front, and with a scruffy complexion. He has crooked teeth with a small space in front. He was wearing jeans and a white shirt and has a pale complexion.

The suspect vehicle is a white 1997 Dodge Caravan with B.C. plates 352 AMS.
