Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Massachusetts Children

The Massachusetts State Police canceled the Amber Alert for the four children after they were found safe at Union and Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn New York Wednesday evening where they had been spotted earlier in the day. Police arrested the suspect in Brooklyn and have charged him with murder. He was arrested around 6 p.m. while walking down the street by the Brooklyn Homicide Unit, police said. The children's mother and the four children were found a short time later in a Brooklyn apartment.

Lyndsey Petitbois 2 yrs., black female.

Roddick Petitbois 11 mos., black male.

Ryan Petitbois 3 yrs., black male.

The suspect is Rodlyn Petitbois is described by police as a black male, 25 years old, with black hair worn in cornrows and/or dreadlocks. He was last seen with a beard.

Also believed to be with them is the children's mother Louna Eveillard, a black female, 26 years old, with a slender build and short hair. She speaks broken English and is of Haitian descent. She also is believed to have a significant fresh injury to one of her hands and may be in need of medical attention or wearing a bandage around one of her hands.

The suspect vehicle is a has been located as of Wednesday afternoon.
