Amber Alert Canceled for 10 Month Old New York Girl

The NYPD canceled the Amber Alert Monday (03-16) afternoon after the child was found safe in Yonkers and the suspect taken into custody.

Carmen Vidamya Lopez is an Hispanic female, 10 months old, 2' 2" tall, 19 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue and white dress, black socks, purple wool hat, and a grey coat.

The suspect is Katherine Mora Ruiz, a 31 year old Hispanic female, 5'5", 170 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a grey sweatshirt and pink and yellow sneakers
