Amber Alert Canceled for Two Month Old Florida Girl

The sate of Florida canceled the Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon (03-24) after the suspect turned herself in to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office The child is safe according to Plant City Police.

Sandra Cruz-Francisco is an Hispanic female, 2 months old, 22 inches tall weighing 10 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing pink pants, a pink shirt and pink socks.

The suspect is a 30 year old woman possibly named Janet, 5'10" with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a long-sleeved black shirt and white shoes.

The suspect vehicle is a small blue four door car.
